When I talk to young people in sports or not I tell them "repetition is the mother of skill". If you want to gain a skill rep it over and over and over.

You can tell which girls are setters and which are not from the first drill. 🤣 But the team looks strong!
It also helps me think of ways to practice when I watch other practices from good teams!
