I feel you, I really do. I love going to the gym, and once I’m in I give my best, by the time I get out , I feel accomplished, fool of energy to study and work after. But there is always some ice-cream that mess up my work. Still learning how to well balanced my nutrition in order to get to my fitness goal. And my brother love going to the gym too , oh boy , he is soooo good, he taught me what I know , he also taught me to tease lazy ones to motivate them. 😂😂
