Watson Marlow 505L Pump Head Track Adjustment

Here is how to adjust the Watson Marlow 505L pumphead back to factory specification. The factory specifies 2.4mm wall thickness tubing in this pumphead. Operators will sometimes change the screws not realizing that causes the pumphead to be out of adjustment. This is a quick method to get the track or lid on the pumphead back to factory spec. You'll need a flat head screwdriver and an electronic caliper set in mm.
