I just realized that you don't mind huffing a little extra nitrogen but I never see you huffing a little extra oxygen. What's wrong with you? I don't mean everything that's wrong with you, we ain't got that kind of time, but just specifically why you prefer to huff N2 over O2. Great vid. Good job. instead of using long hoses on the ice machine, could you use wireless probes instead? Maybe use a valve core depressor and access tee to check and charge?

Hoshizaki Ice machines waste more water than any other ice machine on the market. Yes they produce good ice, but as you are here in Cali., as I am, this is not water compliant in Cali. ALL HOSHIZAKI ICE MACHINES need to go away, per water compliance requirements.

Usually ice machine repair is in air conditioned space. Not a bad gig.
