They do not deliver medicine.. but in the notes section, you can write for balm and other things. The food restaurants keep all the right and the possibility to deliver it or not. I had written a rose to be delivered with the food and talked to the Railrestro team. Their managers made it possible and delivered a red rose with tasty food in the train to my friend. Very Nice video.
