And luckily you get some good food once in any train does not mean people have wrong perception. IR is known for being late, un-cleanliness, poor service response etc. But yes it can't be denied that in some random case you find decent service. I am using decent word because the ticket price has risen exponentially across vis-a-vis service standards are not so, which is actually unfair to any traveller. IR is yet far from being! good
