- In 1993 the Eurodance gained a massive success in the pop charts worldwide.
In Europe the genre sold millions upon million of singles and albums, while 'No Limit' by 2 Unlimited became the best selling single in Europe during 1993.
The leading country in Eurodance produtions was Germany, followed by Italy, Holland and Belgium.
This is the most comprehensive collection I could compile that reflect 1993 in the most accurate way.

In 1993 I was studying maths and phyics at Uni. I had a tape of this music that I used to listen to while studying. It was repetetive and relatively soulless. Perfect for my brain to relax to while studying. I can't really explain it but Eurodance was my vibe.

Culture Beat's "Serenity" (1993) is still one of the greatest Eurodance albums ever, pure classics, and so is "The Album" from Haddaway released the very same year. What a time!

In 1993 I was 20 years old and went clubbing 4 times week, I remember every single one of these tunes (Some more then others). We didn't call it Molly back then but she was a big part of the scene for sure. I mean just look at every single video 😂

As I've explained many times: during the 90s dance songs were getting a local release first before they were
signed for a release in other countries, that's why songs sometimes charted in X contry and only after a year became a hit everywhere else.
Just like 'Rhythm Of The Night' was huge in Italy first in 1993 but became a worldwide hit only a year later.
My videos are going by the time the songs hit the charts, not by the original release dates.
