If we want to be slow and controlled, to respect our training partner, should we still explode through the arm drag, since it is a fast, timing based move? Or are there parts of it that are less time critical that we can do slow and flow like?
@@JiuJitsuInMinutesbyJasonScully another thing I've been wondering is why when I do standing arm drags some guys just pull their arm out? What do I do to keep it more secure? Or does them pulling it out make it easy to attack their legs

For the overhooks arm drag wouldn’t you have to clear the underhook before passing? I feel there’s an additional step there that needs to happen
