You have to pray at the statue inside that building where ma and pa are in Mt.Myoboku to unlock hokage naruto.After that in free battle you have to go to sage naruto.Then press L1.Then you'll be using hokage naruto instead of kage.It's legit.
You have to get like 999000 SP (storm points) to get hokage naruto but minato is pretty early on Also 6 yrs later u probably dont even have the game anymore do u 😂😂
