While I really enjoyed the APC and its great smell(grape?), and the ease of wipedown, as a shop owner its a luxury I can't afford for every detail. I blew through the regular sized bottle in like a week. I still have the leather conditioner, but again blew through the cleaner quickly. Guys it's great stuff and for you weekend warriors you'll love it! It's better than most of the so called name brand stuff you can find at the parts stores. ...as an aside to all who are prayer warriors I would appreciate prayers for my health. I came down with COVID on May 6th(the day of my son's wedding) and I'm yet to get back to detailing! I must be leaving with the long COVID issues that I've been hearing about. Thanks to all! I've often seen the opposite. Clean home dirty car. Dirty home , clean car. Like, their homes are outta control so they try to keep appearances with a perfect vehicle. And others spend so much time cleaning at home, they give up on their cars. Mostly women I knew. Kinda like a pick your battles thing 😂
@@StaufferGarage I leard that just because the vehicle is nasty doesn't mean the customers are like that. We don't know what the customers goes through, like work, kids, everyday tasks etc... so I never judge a customer on how their vehicle look. Life just happens like that.
I've been car detailing a few months now I bought the leather cleaner kit about a month ago....I used it for several clients so far and they all say the same thing "oh my god...it smells like new leather seats" ...whatever formula you came up with, keep it coming bro #OhioCarDetailers

Omg how could I forget the mega drying towel. These big towels are a must have for any detailer. I dried my Nissan Titan crew cab and my wife’s GMC Terrain all with the same towel. Their amazing!
I’m sorry for the review, but you asked for a review in your video. I purchased the mint shine all purpose cleaner and found that it had a sticky feel to the surface, and the smell was “rotten”. I don’t know if I had a bad batch, or if I should have diluted it (it did not say to on the bottle) but I was very disappointed. Thank you for your weekly videos as I do watch them regularly!

Membership!! Heck Yes! Question- Do you use thread locker on the seat bolts when you put them back in? I used some recently for seats I put back in after cleaning but wasn’t sure if it was common among the detailing community.
@@pryzzm_1 I used blue thread locker which isn’t permanent. If you’re using an impact to get them out anyways I figured it’s just some insurance so they don’t back out accidentally. Especially if it’s not my car.

I just came across your channel and I’m already a fan. I have a pressing question for you. How do you get cigarette smoke odor out of a vehicle? My wife and I bought a Jeep Patriot last winter. The smell wasn’t obvious at the time, possibly due to the cold weather and or cleaning products the dealership used. Since summertime has come the odor is unbearable. I’ve tried changing the cabin filter, cleaning the ac vents, professional detailing, and various air fresheners. I’m at considering having the headliner and upholstery replaced. I’d rather not pay that kind of money if I can avoid it. I appreciate any advice you can offer.
I have a silly question I have watched a lot of auto detailing channels and I don't see anyone using a drill brush when vacuuming I know in carpet cleaning they use a vibrating brush to help get as much dirt out before extraction just wondering

Hi! Have you considered making brushes and attachments that fit a 3/8 and/or m10 threaded drive? The 1/4 hex shank is cool for drills but others (like me) with a cleaning rotary tool as the Dremel versa and other models need to get a seperate chuck that really just aren't that practical. I guess that's an "us problem" but I thought I'd just throw the idea out there 😂
@@mazda_rt24-p I was basically thinking of using a m10 thread tap and making my own. I was really just hoping to find ready made attachments lol not to have to go to my in-laws and use their tools . I don't have mine ever since I'm disabled. I use car detailing products on my electric mobility scooter 😂 Smaller vehicles need love and maintenance too! Plus it's sooo relaxing.
Shouldn't you be cleaning the dash, steering wheel, console door panels before you do the floor as the dust and hair could fall onto the floor and then you clean the floor afterwards? I thought the rule was always top to bottom but could be wrong
Just an observation, not a criticism; I begin to lose interest in interior only videos at the 15-18 minute mark. Then I scrub video to see if there is exterior work. I would applaud an effort to balance interior/exterior work. Detail Geek does an excellent job in this area.

2 fans and airflow through the cabin when reassembled and let it sit overnight like this has always worked regardless of humidity.
