Feds can't take the music down in the states, but they can use what you say in songs against you in court. They used parts from Bobby Shmurda's music to indict some of his friends back when he got bagged years ago. It's just that most of the rappers in the US don't care lol

The only way they’ve been able to get US drillers on vids is matching gun serial numbers to stolen guns and then raiding their houses and connecting the stolen guns to shootings and murders other than that for the most part the US has a thing called “guilt beyond a reasonable doubt” and if all they have on you is a song where you confessed then you can say “nah all of that was fiction and I was just using creative art to bring attention to problems in this city” but the main thing music is used for in court is not as evidence but rather as reference for what they might be doing out there but you have to have physical evidence along with music lyrics also no the Feds can’t take shit down over here there’s not really any gang war/crime preventions basically they don’t care if we kill each other and then when we do they’ll go after the killer (if it’s “worth their time” and isn’t too hard to solve) and arrest them and all that but you have to be guilty of doing something illegal in order for the Feds to get involved or at the very least be guilty of planning to do bodily harm to someone or if they have evidence of you ordering someone else to do it. Lastly yeah ur deffo right bout it being London vs Chicago 😂 there’s lots of good drill and devilish disses in places like Jacksonville and Orlando Florida, most burrows in New York, LA (usually Hispanic gangs doing drill disses round there), and even Memphis Tennessee just as I’m sure there good drill and bare disses out in places like OT as far as London goes like Birmingham, Cleveland, West and South Yorkshire, Durham, and Humberside.

They can use the lyrics against them but only as supporting evidence and even thats in rare cases. But no they can’t take it down unless it’s extenuating circumstances but I don’t think there’s a notable time when they’ve taken anything down. We have really strict freedom of speech laws so much so that the feds won’t even dare to violate them. Places like Chicago have such low prosecution rates that it doesn’t really matter if they unofficially confess.
there were quite a few that weren’t on here from here in the US as well. I personally think it’s kinda even with rudeness because some here are just rude asf and some over there are rude asf but we both have ones that really aren’t rude much at all. I like UK’s drill a lot more though tbh.
