I did everything and it does not lag anymore. I don't get 60 fps but I do get 29-37 fps and that's good enough for me. My game crashed on my 1st try when I was doing vs insane bots( like after 12mins of play) Thanks man I can at least play it now ;)

Bro, the first time I played Cyber Hunter it was smooth at first, but after playing on day 3, the game started dropping frames even though I lowered the graphic resolution..
it is possible that may be you have a laptop and its getting overheated that might cause the frames to drop if thats not the case then try deleting the config and change only the graphic level to 0 and try again
Go to steam and go to library then click on cyber hunter. Then click on settings. Then click on manage then click on browse file location and hear you are.
I did the first step and it improved the lag spikes so they began shorter in duration but the one during final circle were vicious.... They crashed my game every time I go close quaters and during the first blood I get another lag spike

Here's a quick tip if u r getting blues screen while gaming... Use ur table fan or the tall fan that look like table fan idk wth it calls, take that and turn it towards ur processor of ur pc and its better if u can remove the side panel once u done try the playing some heavy games and see
so to remove black bars on side if its nvdia u can right click the desktop and choose nvdia control panel and then goto ther adjust desktop size and position then u can see a option where u can put your screen full screen and then press apply and close the control panel it should work fine but stretched and i cannot help with the game is lowering the quality to gain fps if you want to play game on high fps and if u dont have a good enough pc u can only play it like minecraft or else u can play gta vice city :D however if its intel its the same process but goto the display settings on control panel and u will see a option to put full screen just like nvdia put that apply and okay so good luck
It's bcz u r game is on Windows installed local disk u need to copy u r game to other drive or u need to go to properties on u r game folder and give full control then u can save it
