@@aaropajari7058 fair enough but dont act like cho played against nobodies, he played against the likes of foden sancho reiss nelson etc who were all a year above btw, all hailed as generational at one point but he was seen as the best of the bunch. His generation in particular everyone at chelsea, city, united, arsenal academies had talent not just from the UK but across europe making it more difficult to stand out compared to the competition Jimmy had in the 50s. One of the key players in their 2017 fa youth cup campaign whilst he was still in year 11 and everyone else was like 1-2 years older. Icl idk too much about jimmys academy career, he may be better but it seems like ur discrediting why cho was actually seen this way in the first place

Just people keep using 'all time' when they really mean the last 20 years. That said Hudson Odoi remains exactly what you claim. No disagreement there...and still plenty of time to emerge as a serious player at the senior and international level.
