That’s grime with grime they repeat bars or specific words, it gets the crowd moving mad. It’s not a filler

If you watched oldschool grime sets you would see that’s a huge part of mc’ing as alot of it was freestyling/catching the beat/ and also like you said sometimes filler bars to give you a second to think of your next bar or to keep on beat, chip is grime heavy so will do it in his songs aswell to keep that authentic grime feel
its like an hour long but if you ever have time to listen to the fuck radio set its a prime example of what london is on about and you 100% wont regret it, i would argue that was grime at its peak

I love this song, it gets wheel’d up regularly to this day. And it’s cool to see you reacting to it, because it’s a diff perspective.
Chip repeating that one ‘I can’t run out of bars’ line in particular is objectively filler. But I let it slide as it’s basically his catchphrase, especially when dissing other man. Even still though, I hear what you mean about wasted opportunities to get more disses in.
