@@specialtymotorcars when in High School and college I drove big body Oldsmobiles and Cadillacs. Now my last 4 cars have been Benz products. I must admit because of your channel I think I know need an American classic in my garage. Leaning towards a Cadillac or Lincoln.
Mr. Gozzo, huge fan of these 208 chassis! Such an elegant look, drives like butter, built like a tank. I had a CLK320, would like another in the near future. This is a nice example with the 3 valve V8, and the AMG package is the cherry. Those 5 speed autos are bulletproof too! You get great cars. I’m tellin ya, when it’s time for my son to get his first car, I’m going to show him your site!
I had the same car but it was a white exterior with the blue and light gray interior with the blue Convertible top with the same package and it was from Florida and I bought it in 2010 and only had 32,000 miles on it and this car is really fast the engine puts out 375 HP and this car brand new in 2002 because the one I had inside the glove compartment had the sticker price in it and the car was $105,000 brand new and I had to CLK430 WHAT A RIDE with the AMG PACKAGE.
you all probably dont care but does anyone know of a way to log back into an instagram account?? I was dumb lost my login password. I love any tricks you can offer me.
@George Dakota i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Iridium Silver is the color. Not exactly known for reliability but still, great car. When we’re the breaks last done / how are the rotors and pads? @SpecialityMotorCars
Owned the next gen CLK500 black coupe AMG appearance same wheels as this one, black on silver interior. Gorgeous.... currently own a dark red 2003 SL500 but I always had a knack for these older body styles. I get the funniest looks driving these cars as I’m 22 and mostly older gents drive these. Hahahaha
Not true at all. M113 and 722.6 transmission are the most reliable combo MB has had in 30 years. The largest thing is a few minor electronic repairs but that's no big deal for DIYers.
My friend had an AMG and it was $150 just for an oil change! Once these cars hit 60000 miles people usually trade them in because the maintenance is so high! Its the same with BMWS and Audis
@@bigdogone916 The more you write, the more clear it is how little you know about this era of MB. This isn't even an AMG, not that it would make much of a difference. And, if you're not smart enough to do your own oil change (very easy) on any car, you should probably just stick with a Corolla. I daily a early W220 (reliable ones without ABC suspension) and a friend has a W220 with 330,000 trouble free miles with original engine and transmission.
MrCarGuy20 First off I do my own oil changes on my 2017 Lexus and I change the oil on my wifes new infinity, maybe you should stick with the Corolla. Everyone knows that Mercedes and BMWs drop in value faster than most cars because nobody wants to pay for the maintenance. But obviously you know everything so there's no need to argue.
Mercedes-Benz!!!!!!! My absolute favorite brand.
You love the Benz but not the Corvette?

By the rear tire marks on the ground, looks like you skidded it nicely into it's current parking position, lol.

Beautiful car, but they are so expensive to fix and maintain!
Just part of the MB lifestyle! That is why I don't sell many.
