I’ve found ‘relief shading’ on navionics to be handy and to learn how to read ground and comparing it with bathy maps to see if there is any difference between the maps and they seem to be very close

Hey mate, i hope you have unplugged your transducer while operating your
sounder! When you run the transducer out of the water there is a very good
chance that it will overheat and if not completely destroyed, then definitely
    it will be damaged.
But the info is much appreciated! Cheers!

Definitely some phantom spots definitely go out up to few hundred meters around it I’ve found sometimes it’s there and sometimes it’s nothing at all

Awesome video mate, cheers. I have been subscribing to Bathy maps for a while now. Have you found the spots you go to off bathy maps to be productive? What percentage would you say are good and bad spots? Cheers Bubs
