Aloha. Disagree with you. I have had this printer brand new for three plus weeks. Took two and a half weeks to get tech support to help to where i could print one time off line. Wifi requirements are bot specified anywhere in info prior to purchase. I have wifi via an ATT hotspot that streams movies fine. BUT Kokoni does not support hotspot wifi. Woukd have been great to know. Setup info is terrible.
