We see that the current levels are quite low historically ie ~400ppm, we see in the historical record that it has been at 4000ppm. We also see that just prior to the industrial age the level had dropped to around 200ppm. This is actually dangerous as plants need a certain amount of CO2 to grow and at these levels you will see crop failures and if it gets lower the plants will not be able to grow. global warming/climate change was brought in to gain control over the western free economies as our economies are based on fossil fuels for energy.
