    Right off the hop my transform controls along the top are greyed out and I can't select them I cannot figure out why looks identical to yours. Also when I create a new layer exactly like you did it opens up locked and then when I create the shape it creates a new layer. Even thought I did literally exactly same steps as you. Pulling my hair out

      Hello, thanks for feedback. Select a area with selection tool. Then right click. And click to "layer via copy".

      I did that but there some adjustments you made for your original photo that I don't have. Or maybe it's because of the photoshop version that you have. I just know something is missing.

      Can u try then select a area press ctrl+c and cntrl+v ?
