- Babymetal performing Karate live at The Warfield in San Francisco Friday night October 4th, 2019.
This show was sold out and the crowd was very active. I don't usually film video under these circumstances, it was hard to even get photos, so I know it's very shaky but not having seen them before and not knowing the next time I might get to see a headline show, I did film two songs - this one and Starlight. Starlight was even shakier than this one since I was closer to the mosh pit at the time, so I didn't upload that.

When, oh when, will we finally get the chance to hear Moa-metal's partner? If she can do the choreography flawlessly, why is she still the silent dancer? The girl can sing! C'mon Koba-metal -- Riho-metal has earned the right to sing with the band!

@@singemfrc Thanks for the response so quickly! I've realized that it takes forever sometimes. Yeah man, so people kinda for some reason worship the singers (again, to me it feels so strange), but the actual band is really awesome. I've been playing guitar for 27 years, and these guys are rad as hell.
@@stevemack2004 and these guys are their subs like the real Kami have prior commitments to their own bands. Like ohmura pays guitar for unlucky morpheus on the occasion lead plays drums from them along ohmura own band ohmura!. So pretty I think when they got galactic empire to play for this us tour makes sense. Koba I approve!!
@@jame254 Maybe. I'm just trying to wrap my head around it. People getting into 3 very young girls with choreography, while the best thing about it is the rad band. The band itself is sick!
@@stevemack2004undermining the girls is very nasty and dismissive. the girls take part in the writing process and creating the choreography. the main singer does beyonce level breath work that is not seen at all in this new age of lipsyncing, especially with idols. everyone works hard, as well as the backing band, but the girls are the ones who at the forefront putting this never before combo of dance, pop, and metal together- and they execute it flawlessly. they mention how insanely taxing their choreography is on their bodies and mentally taxing it is to take on this new subgenre. you new to babymetal, lame-o’s always feel the need to uplift the backing band by undermining these women & claim the band is the core, when in reality, the girls are the ones bringing the entire vision to life. it’s such a risky and wack genre, but the girls continue to stay successful with it for the past 14 years, and thats due to their hardwork.
