Moga's Raiden hitting for 43k with no artifacts and my Raiden getting around that same damage with artifacts is soul crushing 😭😂
Update: My Raiden is c2 now and I got Engulfing Lighting my soul is restored

You really need to reassess your Raiden build then.
Go to KequingMains and see how to build her. I guarantee you swap out artifacts and weapons and she will easily hit over 100k.
I have c0, nearly maximised f2p catch Raiden(i seriously have 45 cv artifacts on her,farming for 1 year), the most solo damage she has done is 80k(single burst strike, literally no buffs), so your Raiden hitting 43k is preety normal
But it's definitely a different thing if that was with buffs, i have hit 300k+ with my same Raiden , Raiden is a team based character, every single thing about her is TEAM

The problem with zhonglis shield having no hp could've maybe been parially solved by giving him the black tassel. It gives HP after all. And it is a 3 star, so not that hard to get.

I think ganyu would be really good for this challenge as amos bow gives a lot of attack, she ascends with crit damage, and getting a head shot has 100% crit for both hits from the charge attack.
Honestly, i think the ayaka would be best. and kazuha with iron sting could help and maybe sucrose and/or bennie. In tghe last spot, yelan would be the best to freeze oponents.

You'd probably want Favonius Sword on Kazuha over either of the EM options, for energy reasons. But if you were to use an EM sword, I believe he has the Xiphos' Moonlight, no? That'd be the one I'd go for, since it would provide some ER for the team.

I'm not sure why didn't you use kazuha or venti + some kind of perma freeze like ayaka and mona so you can chill, save your stamina and not get hit every 0.5 second, that would have made things a tiny bit easier
These are awful teams for the challenge lol. Transformation reactions would’ve been perfect. Swirl especially and instead he’s running around with single target units mashing auto attacks. Fun video though.

Bubbles aren't that hard to avoid if you know how they work. First, four will spawn around you. And after you leave the square formed by them, another one will appear in your way. So just move beyond the four then take turn to the left or right and you're good. But of course it also involves noticing they're about to spawn and getting ready to not run into one of the four in the first place.
Don't they pop if you shoot them too?
@@TomEllisLovesU yes, that's why AoE spammers are important when fightinh against bubbles. E.g. Sucrose laughs at them.

@@senbonkzakura7991 there're 2 waves. The 1st one spawns 4 bubbles around you which work as the vertices of a square. Once you leave the square (let's say passing through an edge, aka between two bubbles) the 2nd wave starts, and it spawns 4 more bubbles, making a second and bigger square whose vertices are aligned with the 1st one's edges. So you need to turn your character either 45° or 135° immediately after leaving the first square (going between 2 bubbles), otherwise you'll get caught into the bubble of the 2nd wave who appears at that moment.
If you break the 1st wave using an AoE atk then you have a wider space to run into since the 2nd square is way bigger than the 1st one. In that case, the bet choice is to run into the same direction of the bubbles of the 1st square, since you'll automatically pass through an edge of the 2nd square.
All I could think about throughout the entire video is how much of a pain it will be for Moga to get everyone’s gear back to how it was LMAO
As a yoimiya main, watching you play with her on full ult was so painful 😭 you're not getting the full thundering pulse buff unless ur energy isn't full
If you ever do this again, I’d recommend freeze and reaction based teams. For the first one, either Morgana or Ayaka freeze with shenhe, kokomi, Ayaka, and venti/kazuha. I’d probably recommend the second since you don’t seem super comfortable playing with Ganyu. For the other team, nilou bloom might work well, possibly with kokomi, nilou, dendro traveller, and collei (or Nahida once she comes out). If you gave nilou the key and kokomi sac frags I’d imagine it could do a lot even without artifacts. Other good teams that come to mind are taser teams, such as with sucrose, yelan, fiscal, beidou, kazuha, or Xingqiu. Alternatively, your yoimiya and hu Tao team would probably do pretty well, especially with Homa and thundering pulse. Also it might be worth it to raise a black tassel for zhongli, especially since Candace can use it later or you can just fodder it.
Now do "Fully stacked artifacts but no weapon", so we can compare which's more important~
bro artifacts are way more important . in genshin artifacts are like 60-65 % and weapons are like 35-40 %

Moga, I think for a challenge like this with no artifacts, it would be better to create a team that rely on transformative reactions like swirl, electro-charged, etc. since they do not need high ATK. If they are level 90 and have EM weapons they will deal decent damage.
I'm surprised you didn't think about vento and Kazuha
honestly, my stargey would prbably be - Freeze, doesnt matter if you do dmg or not. If you have crowd control and freeze, with venti and OP ganyu ayaya kokomi team, you might win
hi moga, instead of eula i'd suggest a kaeya freeze team since he ascends with er and you can put sac/fav on him and you can also use kokomi (sac frags probably) kazuha (on er weapon, absorb hydro in burst since kokomi is your singular hydro) and rosaria with crit rate weapon. freeze should help with not dying
But then you'd have barely have any dps and eula can still do a fair bit even without artis
Well eula can still do bigg damage, i don't think no artifact kaeya can even get 1 star in a freeze team on higher floors
Even with the highest crit weapon on rosaria, the crit of kaeya would still be preety low
this is actually pretty damn cool, i assumed artifacts were make or break, but your teams still did really well. does give me hope for beating abyss eventually
try using jean for fall damage on small enemies, hydro res to increase max hp, or characters that give a flat buff with their talents (like heizou for 80 em)
Oh boy, this takes be back to when I decided to give abyss 9-12 a try for the first time about 2 years ago and under AR50. Pure pain

What about a permafreeze comp?
You could have exploited tighnari aggro mechanic of his e, throw the e and run away from your e, you wouldnt have them on your tail all the time. You just need to move wisely so that all the enemies are aggroed towards the e. There is no time pressure since there is little chance you can get stars any way
using a nilou bloom team wouldve been really easy like nilou kokomi collei dmc. even tho kokomi doesnt have full em on it still does good dmg just bc nilou alr has such a high base hp and with the key + hydro res. collei and dendro mc both need fav to regen each other since no er artifacts, but thats it.

Beating spiral abyss solo with lvl 1 character, 1star weapon and no artifacts
I dunno if you have a Jean c4, but that with Xiao, Zhongli and Benny d work quite well. Most of Xiao buffs are not tied to any artifacts so that team should be viable.
That Shogun burst still deals more than my 5pc emblem with er sands and goblet, crit rate circlet, and the catch

If it's the first 8 floor yes, I did that, as long that that the characters are 80/90 they will destroy the first floors even without artifacts of course, since all the monsters are low level.
About the last floors even if possible it will definitely be hell.
You could do the other two abyss floors with +0 artifacts sometime. It's more manageable and you can find some interesting combos. Great video, btw!
I'm surprised he didn't try Nilou at all? Her blooms don't need character damage at all and scal more off character level and em. Either way this challenge seems rough...
I agree! Bloom works perfectly since you can just stac hp on nilou and with either it was her weapon or ascension talent that converts hp into em and kokomi you can also just stack em on. DMC can just use an er weapon while collei uses fav bow to give the team energy.
bloom bombs will kill the characters

for floor 10 chamber 3 maybe you can try a cc like Venti, most of the enemies in there can be cc but the hydro fauti.

Yesss so fun to see you doing a stupid challenge again! Favourite Moga content
you could do this again, but allow everyone to have level 0 artifacts(for a bit of stats, and the set bonuses)
To put artifacts/levels impact difference into perspective: with just some roughly acceptable on-set artifacts, only level 60 characters (and level 70 Venti if I needed CC) and "educated button mashing" for a playstyle, I was able to reach the Moon Spire and 3 star everything until 10-3 on the first try. And I'm sure I could have at least cleared 10-3 with a bit of patience.
The suffering was very entertaining. Respect for pulling off 10-3 at the end (you really got into the gaming stance)
Swirl is great for clearing bubbles. Sucrose's normal attacks can whipe them away with ease. Probably would've helped with the challenge too.
Should've used Kazuha to swirl the electro on the Tighnari team.
Idk if u thought abt it but yelan was actually a rlly good choice bc of her pssive that just increases dmg
just an idea, but since your own characters won't do too much damage alone, it might not be a good idea to run characters made to be a dps bcz since you won't have artifacts, most of your characters will similar in strength, trying to get damage from one character alone (eula for example) isn't efficent. maybe focus on reaction teams because reactions can't crit so cr-cd isn't important and your personal damage doesn't matter since its the reactions that are doing damage. fischl, sucrose, xingqiu, bennett for example since with weapons like sac fragments (sucrose), sac sword (xingqiu), and high base atk swords (bennett) er isnt important and none of them except maybe fischl rely on their personal artifacts/damage. running characters like ganyu who have naturally high crit or using characters/things like jean fall damage, clam set, mona's damage buff, ttds, or even yunjin/shenhe may be good as well.
C6 Shinobu will prevent her from dying from a lethal damage, it will save her with 1 HP left to spare.
The fact that I deal the same damage with my characters with full artifacts on. But I can make do and finish the abyss with 36 stars is saying something.

Geo traveller's burst gives 10% crit rate to the character that's in it
Moga, i do not know how much is worth, but, if u actually wanted a "poison " character which does max HP you could go for a burning reaction with tighnari. Burning does Max HP bases on EM so with collei you get dendro resonance and elegy with with tighnari pasive you can get aroud to a max of 300 EM aprox.
@Moga Using units that scale of EM could have been a good option, since reactions don't scale of crit nor stk. Like and electro or pyro unit in a burgeon/hyperbloom team for example, with a high EM weapon and elegy + key users as supports, you could get not too bad numbers there
your shogun without artifacts does the same damage as mine with artifacts 💀

moga's dmg with no artefacts is like my dmg with artefacts 😭 i know i suck at building though and it stresses me out a lot, which is why i'm an ar56 player who doesn't do abyss or change my team ever

heres a random (abyss?) challenge i thought of
first spin a wheel to pick a weapon type
then spin a wheel w all the characters, and the first one is the character you have to use
and the second is the character whose current build you use; just give them the same artifacts and weapon and see how a team like that plays out
U can try this again when the spiral abyss gives that blessing which does true dmg every 3-4 hits it will be a lot easier then.

Could consider using Jean for fall damage on some of the Eremites, though might have been hard to do.
Can you try this challenge?
Objective: You do not need to three star. Simply just survive without anyone dying. You will have to restart the entire floor if someone die so basically, it's a survival challenge.
Characters: All characters except the archons are viable however, there's only one dps and rest are either one sub-dps(only used as a dps when you're main dps is on cooldown) while the others are support or are all supports. There can only be one 5 star in each team.
Note: All dps will be considered as a dps which means Xiangling and Beidou will both be considered as dps units despite only being offield meaning if you cannot use both in one team unless the other change their build. The driver will not beconsidered as dps however.
Equipments: All artifact builds must be 4 star except for one unit in each team. The same rule applies for weapons as well.
I actually saw someone 36* the abyss without artifacts but they had C6R5 but it was still impressive!

fyi i think a soup team would be really good for this kind of challenge because most of the damage coems from your level and elemental mastery from the people who proc reactions so if you ran sucrose, bennet, xq, and fish if you gave sucrose a sac frags and fish a stringless they would basically do the same amount of dmg that they would do with reactions that they were doing anyway.

I think you can try to beat abyss with hyperbloom team. One side would be Kokomi, Yelan on fav bow, Raiden with EM build, DMC. Another side will be Sucrose, Kuki, Xingqiu, Collei
I was thinking a hyperbloom team would be very good for this since their is quite a few elemental mastery weapons and most of the damage would be coming from the blooms.
Agreed but purely bloom is better (nilou koko dmc collei) since nilou just needs hp (she converts hp into em), kokomi try to get as much em with weapon and dmc and collei just need er/fav weapons
u should be using yoimiya's burst cuz i think it gives u atk boost

Hi, I have a question, have u ever considered pulling Eula's weapon if she gets another rerun?
I just started a second account and wanted to challenge myself to use characters, elements, and weapon types that I don't normally in my main game. I reached Spiral Abyss and it was a tough battle but I got through floor one! However, I didn't get 6 stars so I couldn't progress to floor two. I had to put the game down for a while because I was so crabby that they give you a time limit in abyss but it apparently doesn't mean squat! You gotta beat it in the super special time limits or you can't move forward. TT
Moga’s raiden hit 38k without artifacts just slap my 24k’s raiden with artifacts in the face

I feel like you have to focus on Multiplicative reactions, which is why The team doing Vaporize did okay and the EULA team did bad.
Melt Ganyu perhaps, head-shots for crit and Melt bonus. Also, Lots of EM weapons that wouldn't rely as much on crit for reactions, Dragons bane, Sacrificial fragments etc etc.
you should’ve tried hyperbloom with kuki or something, kuki can use freedom sworn, kokomi can use moonglow, collei can use sacrificial or elegy and then a flex unit

Jean does kill the enemies with fall damage which scales off of enemy hp
I think albedo elevator or Jean fall DMG would have been great
