I supply sand and I think prices vary depending on location. For example in Eldoret I cannot supply at 1000 per tonne,never. Fuel alone to Kerio Valley where I get sand is ksh 9000 for a Fuso mguu sita and that's for 12 tonnes of sand. Still have to pay loaders,cess,mileage and unloaders. It can't be ksh 1000 per tonne. Hapo kwa nails , DPM na blocks is true, if you order 3000 of 6 by 9 blocks, some suppliers will supply you a mixture of different block sizes and they deny any involvement when you discover . Wakora sana. Same as sand truck some will 12 tonnes but deliver 9 tonnes .

Isaac you need to start conducting seminars/consultation for clients and charge them... am in this field and that information you have given out is too much to be free😂... that's what the QS and clerk of works do on construction projects and earn money.... that's purely intellectual property that should not be given out for free😅
