It's so important for couples to talk about how they will split the work before baby comes. And to be educated on biologically normal infant sleep, so they know what to expect. There might be unexpected things, but thats why open communication in the couple is key!
Maybe for another podcast, the mums can talk about intergenerational trauma, and how it may affect relationships, marriages and children if not resolved. Cheers!😉
