I'm American- of Mexican Decent and besides my culture.Mexico & America i think Cuba is the most beautiful county in the caribean the people the langueage the music ,THE Legand ,CUBA LIBRE!!
I visited La Habana. It has the bluest waters I ever saw. And the people are friendly. They don't know of differences among races, and they are all highly educated. The United States has made a great move by including Cuba in the enriching possibilities that the Cuban people can bring to the world.
.The conclusion of this story is so true. The children in Cuba are healthy, clean (so clean they sparkle), educated and confident. When staying in Casas, seldom are the doors locked - except for the rooms of the tourists who bring their fears from their own countries. When talking to the children of Cuba, and my Spanish is anything but perfect, they have no inhibitions - they try hard to understand my accent and poor grammar and they respond intelligently. When out at an event, I have seen young fellows seven or eight years old dancing with their grandmas - smiling with glee. We in Canada could certainly take a lesson from Cuba in regards to our children. In British Columbia we have far more child poverty than any other province in the country. How sad for us.
I don't have to believe in what the U.S. says, I'm Cuban myself! I live in miami, which is basically Cuba, and here we know more of what's is going on in Cuba than the people IN Cuba.
Please define freedom.I am from Bulgaria. My father once went to Yugoslavia during communist times and he said that this country was THE BEST country to live in and he traveled all around the world, including England,Greece,Russia,North Korea,East Germany,Poland, all visited during communism.I was born In Israel and lived 11 years there together with my family. My parents decided to return to Bulgaria. But my father always speaks about how Yugoslavia was the best among all.
Yeah that's true, today I just heard that the cuban travel policy changed, at the beggining of 2013 cubans will be able to travel around the world just with a visa just like in the US. That is a huge change, before it was nearly impossible to travel legally.
Cuba pais hermano.
Well I was planning on a visit. Friends have been and had so much fun. Moreover it is absolutely beautiful! Almost changed my mind when I saw the comments on it being 'garbage' but on closer look, that's the same idiot saying all the negative remarks. Plans still on. Thanks for the video.
I don't care what the USA say or think, we are talking about Cuba, only Cuba. Don't be like the cuban media that blames everything wrong in the country to the United States.
Visiting is one thing, living in it is another story. And yes, I currently live in Miami, left Cuba 5 years ago, but visited last year (I have family there). Yes, Cuba is not the worst third world country, there are a lot worse in latin america, like haiti, bolivia, nicaragua... For some reason millions of cubans have (and keep) risked their lifes to get out of the island.
The truth is, the Cuban government (in a policy to fought American embargo laws) stamp your entry visa on a separate piece of paper. You need this piece of paper to leave Cuba. BUT you can be rest assured that there is no evidence of your entry to Cuba (as an American) if you fly there via Mexico or Canada. I have spent many Christmas's down there. Viva La Cuba Amigo!!
There are many different types of democracies all over the world. I lived in South Africa my mother is a South African, and when Zimbabwe had their elections the US media still called the leader a dictator! Even when the people were VOTING democratically. People should go back look the word dictator up and see what it really means, and they should look up the different types of democracies in this world. there is no need for the media to tell us what we should believe. But they do everyday.
I am just visiting the states. China has the same democratic system as Cuba and it works for that country. What Cuba have works for Cubans. We are intelligent people we are admired all over the world besides by the US. The US is disappointing, the CLOSED mindedness of some people and the materialism sickens me. It's hard to find people here who are rich within themselves, they depend on materialism and the belief that they have the greatest country to make them whole.
Cuba is another Beautiful Country in America... I'm Saying that because you told someone here that he was probably born in America and not in Cuba..and let me tell you that Cuba is in America.... America is a very big Continent..that is subdivided into 4 parts. North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean... all together forms America.... The Beautiful American Continent... Maybe you wanted to say he was born in the USA... which is different...
Hum, I have some questions about that. If what you say is true, how come movie stars like Sean Penn and others are certainly not supporters of the status quo. Michel Moore is not either, and many many more, however they are millionaires and live a heck of a happy life. Are they exceptions? Your turn.
Sometimes, Freedom has nothing to do with "Exile"."Economic Exile" and not "Political Exile” is another thing (looking for the American Dream). But, wait... why don't ask anybody in Latin/Central America if are willing to move/come to USA? If are willing to come, will be consider as "Exile"? What about all Mexicans, Brazilians, Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, etc. living in USA now? I guess all need to be considered in the same particular "Category" (exile)
Cuba has a different sort of democracy. We do vote. Im Cuban. I love my country and my people and my government! Those people spreading propaganda, please GET OVER yourselves.
I can say anything in the US, people might not agree with me, but I still have the right to! In Cuba you say anything against the government and you go to jail...I can go to the streets right now and protest against the american government all I want. Again, for some reason millions of Cubans have left the country. Cuba's population is decreasing dramatically.
I suspect that what you mean by "Work for that Country" means that the people do not complain. Well, the people of Cambodia did not complain, the people from Nazi Germany did not complain. Do you know what people complain? The people that are allowed to.
Dictaror: A ruler with total power over a country, typically one who has obtained power by force. A person who tells people what to do in an autocratic way or who determines behavior in a particular sphere. Sounds a lot like Cuba, doesn't it?
The people look so happy there. My cousin married a guy from Cuba and he is such a nice hard working brother, everybody likes and admires him so much.

Cuba ,I`m coming next two month...
sorry couldn't find coca-cola.........nice country
let me tell you something dude. People in Cuba now have access to everything, TH-cam, Google, Facebook, etc etc etc....
I am just visiting the states. China has the same democratic system as Cuba and it works for that country. What Cuba have works for Cubans. That is like saying that the Boston Strangler was better than Jack the Reaper.

if only america lifted the travel ban. it would benefit both nations, especially cuba.
USA can say that to other countries but cannot make Rusia send back Snowden. How can you explain that?
Cuba has a different sort of democracy. We do vote. Im Cuban. I love my country and my people and my government! Those people spreading propaganda, please GET OVER yourselves.
True, but you can't compare the cuban election system (there anin't any) with the american one.
you meant El Comité? If so, LOL
I can't define it in English.I just don't know how to.
I can say anything in the US, people might not agree with me, but I still have the right to! In Cuba you say anything against the government and you go to jail...I can go to the streets right now and protest against the american government all I want. All I can tell you is that YOU have to live in Cuba to know how the country really is. As I can see you're from Sweden, you wouldn't really know.
I suspect that what you mean by "Work for that Country" means that the people do not complain. Well, the people of Cambodia did not complain, the people from Nazi Germany did not complain. Do you know what people complain? The people that are allowed to.
Pity, because it's all true......
