After the many dusttale routes that have been gone wrong, sans can't take it anymore and decides to end it all for his good. So he searches for something that can instantly or fastly kill him. He goes to Alphys' lab knowing there must be somewhere and searches for stuff that can kill him fastly (he takes out Alphys'while doing so), and then he finds CYANIDE. Not sure if it will work, he carelessly puts all of it in his ketchup and drinks it all in one gulp. Since these kind of things doesn't match with monster's magic he goes on an insane bad trip, effecting like datura or meth. So he goes on a rampage, everything unknown for him as it's a whole nightmare. The evacuation is also fucked up Alphys' couldn't arrive to the lab by sans. In other hand, papyrus heard of what's happening and geared up to help sans but things did not go so well, papyrus also has gotten cyanide because of sans still having it on his jacket mixed with ketchup and him constantly throwing up. He basically fucked up most of monsters and killed and underground has gotten into a lockdown state, royal guards doesn't try to stop as they might end up in a bad trip or death. You encounter him in waterfall and capital, his attack goes wrong in the final attack of his and makes the pillar fall on him, killing him instantly.
