bro i am a btech fresher , i got Accenture offer saying 3lpa for level 13 but in offer letter its 286,000 including pf, taxes etc.... i want to know will i be getting 286000 / 12 months or evn less than 286000/- , i will be getting?

Try to take this risk of switching domain internally without any fear. Ask for a roll off from the current project which is of no use for your career growth. Meanwhile try to practice more in Java and get a project. Keep smiling:)
