Serrano Campground is located at the 6,900 foot elevation and features 132 camping sites that can be used by tents, RV's, pop-up campers, pickup trucks with camper shells, vans, etc.

The campground, located within sight of and across the road from Big Bear Lake, is composed of four loops Summer Wind, Snowberry, Evening Star, and Lake View. RVer's should note that there are 29 campsites which offer electrical (30 amp), water and sewer hookups. There is an RV dump station. All sites are paved. Some sites are wheelchair-accessible. Popular activities include boating and fishing on Big Bear Lake, driving the Gold Fever Trail, and hiking or mountain biking area trails.

My favorite campground in the Big Bear/Arrowhead area. Loads of do, bring the kids and the bicycles. Fantastic biking paths.

Fantastic Video of Serrano Campground. My wife and I have been coming here since 1994. We stay in Snowberry Loop. Great campground for Rv'S. Keep up the good work.

I have not had any issues with bears. If you do not need electric hookups, my favorite sites are 114, 115/116 (a double), 117, 118, and 119. There is a short path from that area to the beach, maybe 150 feet. But you do have cross North Shore Drive. Be careful with young children but it shouldn't be a problem. Probably the best campground in the Big Bear area. Oh, and it has showers!

Nice video. Im actually thinking of going here for my first camping trip with my family. Are there designated fishing areas on the lake? Some sites you listed (114-119) are only 150 ft from the lake. Can you fish right there? Thanks

Yes but get your fishing liscense. If you dont have one and the Federalist Forrestry Patrollers stumble upon your fishing site, they will demand you produce it on site... hefty fine though if you do not have one. Just letting you know
