I am 48 years old and there is nothing I hate more than people my age saying shit like “younger people don’t know a damn thing about good music these days”. Clearly these people aren’t looking hard enough. Horsegirl makes some damn good music. I love this record and play it all the time.
I heard the band first on WXRT and had to write down their name so I’d remember it, found the album and can t stop listening to it, now I have to see them perform it!
This is really well recorded and edited. If the whole show was recorded, that'd be a cool thing for you to have and a cool thing for you to potentially upload to TH-cam..!

The soundboard audio and pro-shot video is freaking sick especially after seeing so many ultra lo-fi cell phone clips from this past euro tour. Also super cool to see you on your home turf. Something electric appears to be happening out there in Chicago. Pumped for the Boston show.

The production of this is so much better than the KEXP performance. That KEXP performance was great in itself, but KEXP really effed up on the production part, and that's definitely not the first time I've seen/heard KEXP mess up a great performance. This production here, on the other hand is solid.
Agreed. They are usually good with their production, but perhaps there are different people to work with different bands. American Football is the other session that badly needs redoing
