  • One of the things many new coaches struggle with is not knowing how to put together a coaching package. I don’t blame them. Especially if what they offer is pure coaching, it’s very difficult to create a coaching package around an unstructured engagement like coaching.
    Nevertheless, it’s important to package up our services as coaches and learn how to create a coaching package.
    The coaching packages 101 mini-series contains two videos on the topic of coaching packages for new coaches. This first one is about how to create coaching packages for individual clients, and the second one will focus on coaching packages for corporate clients.
    Enjoy and, as always, please leave any questions in the comments section.

    Yeah, I enjoyed the retainer point of view. I also agree with the 3-12 sessions in a package. Thank you for your insights!

    Another brilliant video full of great advice, thank you. How would you suggest pricing and packing a retainer compared to the separate coaching package? Would you price the retainer the same as the coaching package? Hope that makes sense.

    • @AlisaBarcan
      @AlisaBarcan  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Alison! I appreciate the lovely feedback 😊. As for your question, I suggest pricing it based on what it offers. I charge a monthly fee and for the money the client can choose to have different things and mix & match. I price it slightly lower than I would my main coaching services, as a goodwill gesture but also because I acknowledge the fact that the client might not need as much support from me as they did when we first started working together. I hope this helps and thanks for the comment.
