Amazing tutorial. I would never have imagined that this was possible in word. This has become a game changer for me. Certainly one of the top tutorials that I have come across in any subject. More power to souls like you who do this type of daan- vidyadaan is certainly the highest form of daan and may the Almighty bless you mightily
After watching your video my respect on MS Word is high. I am totally shoked to see this. Your way of presentation is very clear and precise. Thank you.
Omg this kicks ass! I use Word at work, & need to make a plot map so I can submit it to the assessors office to start the permit process for an addition to my home now that I got caught & have a stop work notice posted on my home.
I am so happy that I have accidentally come upon your website. 😂 So easy to follow and have the same results. I can't wait to get started on drawing my building design ideas. You deserve to get the trophy for "the really old man needs help" category. Thanks so much. I'm telling people about your website. Thank you again.
I used to make concept drawing on word using shapes. Never known that I can use measurement. This is easy and almost perfect compare to Acad. Thanks a lot
@@HbninfotechTutorials Hi That was not the point of my question. A3 is not a choice on Word if you have A4 printers. I have solved it by setting the printer preference to Microsoft PDF Printer then A3 becomes a selection. Great videos thank you.
This was very informative. Your English language and commentary were very clear and good. There are many people who have computers with MS Words and very few with AutoCAD and other such luxury software. This tutorial will help many in using MS Word to draw simple plans although it is tidious and takes time but it is worth it. In my opinion if the floor plan is in Imperial units of measurement the grild should follow that. The conversion is easy if 1cm=1ft, means 0.25cm, 0.50cm, 0.75cm, 1.0cm would be 3,6,9,12 inches respectively, however, if grid is 1in=1ft will make it lot easier. Overal it is a great presentation and there are few man like yourself out there who take time and share their knowledge to help countless people. Great contribution. Thank you for sharing.
great video, man. i understand that there on the left side of the dinning table are the stairs, would you do a follow up on this videp for the second level plan of the house?
Wonderful job. This video helps me draw a floor plan (Kind of). Not exactly what I wanted because i am not an engineer or architect but it's unbelievable how I used MS Word to make that floor plan. Can you build my actual floor plan? How can we exchange info?
great video, I do have a question, when you are making the scale at the top and side when you hit Ctrl +D to past the shape, mine keeps dropping the shape down a half line, I cant figure out why.
Hi when you Ctrl+D for the first time the shape is copied a little down as you said. But immediately after you copy you will need to align the shape with the previous shape. After that you press ctrl + d for the 2nd time then you will see that the shape will be copied and placed equidistantly. CHEERS!
