I’m confused, i thought American Samoa is a US Territory??.. I’m originally from Puerto Rico(US Territory) and we didn’t need a visa to enter the states.. I thought all of us US Territory people didn’t need a visa to enter the States…
Our mom Paia was born in Western Samoa so she needs a visa to enter the mainland.
