Just a quick note for those who don’t have pro Canva - the transparent background is a pro feature sadly. To get around this, select all the items on your page, copy, then paste onto the new document. Then you can proceed to resize your text, illustrations, etc.

You are one of the few that actually have an Etsy shop. Many TH-cam Channels espousing to be in the know, have nothing. If they do, they don't sell anything.

I'm considering adding to my listing pictures an invitational quote to favorite the listing such as 'save it for later' 'heart it so you don't miss it' or something similar. Since favorites impact ranking, would this be considered against the House Rules?

Already sell on Etsy with digital products but only offered one size so far as I found Canva a bit daunting. I have no design experience but after watching your video will try to have a go.

Hi! I loveeeee your videos, you provide such great insight. My question is in the google drive option. If I provide a link to my customers to the google drive file, can they share that link with other people and those people who did not purchase it get into the file as well?
Test it with your smart phone or another computer in the house :) It's likely shareable and therefore 'risky' if that's a concern. Personally, I wouldn't be too concerned as the amount of people cheating in this way would be trivially insignificant (I would wager).

Do you suggest changing all of my listings or creating a new shop. I want to keep the same designs, just offering self editing templates without the added confusion to customers!
You can use the same Shop. You just need to create a separate listing for the editable Template for each Products

Getting ready to start up my own Etsy shop hopefully within a week. Gonna be a halloween themed store and am hoping to get it set up before the halloween holiday rush. My store is going to be PDF downloads of halloween poem books, papercraft construction kits, and clip art.
Is it better to upload all of your listings in a huge bulk amount? Or is it better to have a smaller group of listings, then trickle others in periodically for the consistent upload?

I just started listing digital planner templates for the 1st time on my own Etsy shop - mostly as printables. But I’ve been wondering the same thing about the annotation apps- my plan of action is to watch more planner tutorials on YT (GoodNotes and KDP seem to be the bigger app platforms) and ultimately it’s probably best to test them out myself once I have access to these platforms. (Saving up for an iPad + Apple Pencil) Good luck!
Hi Kate, I have not seen any videos that talk about how customers can access links and edit a template document. For instance, if I send a pdf file, don't they have to have an Adobe Acrobat subscription to edit it? If I send the Google doc link, it sends them to the main page for google docs but not just to the document I'm selling. If I send a canva template, it says they have to request access from me to be able to be an editor. What am I doing wrong?
There are a lot of programs besides Acrobat that can edit a .pdf file. The customer very likely already has their program of choice for doing this since they're shopping for .pdf docs to customize to begin with :)
