Nicely done Jimmy...still remembering the good old chinese footwork like 2 years ago. I started doing that in ADDITION with 10 minutes suicides and 25 minutes of stair workouts. Are you planning to come back and play Sun God?
The exercise which starts around 8:13 you should be careful about these. I used to do them in Japan when I trained 3-4 times a week, but once I got back to Sweden I didn't do as much hard footwork training... Then half a year ago, I did this exercise again thinking I could handle it, but I didn't. Got partial rupture on my left achilles. So for those who are new to these type of exercises, don't do them for too long or you'll regret it. Build it up slowly.
excercise starting at 4:20 and 5:30 are bad for your knees. first thing i learned about foot-technique is that you should not bend your knees too much at the lunge to the net , the angle should be 90 degrees, not less. you know what i mean? if you overdo these excercises you might feel pain soon. otherwise good workout! greets daniel

had to do this footwork many times before with my old coach. This shit's torture :P
