sorry to be offtopic but does anyone know a trick to get back into an instagram account..? I stupidly forgot the login password. I would love any help you can offer me!
@Alexzander Zavier thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
My 16 year old granddaughter plays several instruments. She was staying at our house using zoom to practice her bass part for their performance. With her headphones on all we heard was a single note or 2. Boring, at least they were in tune!
Music Teacher: "We'll be playing: Pachelbel's Canon in D." Violins and Violas: "YAY!" Cellos and Basses: "*They ask you how you are and you just have to say you're fine... And you're not really fine but you can't get into it.*"
I LOVE IT the bit where the ensemble completely changes styles (from more classical to country western) and the cello line doesn't change!!!! such is life
... I am CANON enthusiast and I have heard many covers, mostly rock versions on electric guitar played by very young musicians: Jerry C, Laura 1919, Tina S ... I will never forget where I was when I have heard it for the first time and may reaction to it...
+Dave Hinz First of all, he stopped at several points. Second of all, it's 8 quarter notes (the piece is very slow), not 16 half notes. And those 8 notes are the most important ones. Boring to play, yes, boring to year, yes. But, were they not there, the entire piece would be boring to hear.
Cellist from piano guys theory: Pachelbel wrote the 1st violin part, 2nd violin part, the viola part, writes the first 8 notes of the cello part, and dies. Just write there on the spot.
When you've played it for a million weddings, practiced it about a billion times.... it becomes boring. I started out loving it in the beginning, but then it became mundane, then just plain boring. I enjoy the musical theory behind a good canon, but after playing this song for 15+ years...I'm over it.
Meredith Power My friend, anything in excess for that matter becomes listless and mundane after a while no matter how awesome or awe inspiring or classic it may be. Probably you find it boring because you probably played the same thing over and over.. One awesome thing about the piano is you have the option to mix it up different ways and play it using different styles thereby keeping the mystery and excitement in it over the years. So my advice to you is try playing it differently, then probably you may feel it again.
Sadly, I was born without the improve gene:( That's been one thing I just cannot do! My mom (the pianist) can improve without a thought! I, on the other hand, as a violinist who didn't start playing until 5th grade.....I can easily play the notes in front of me, especially for Pachelbel!! Some people have the gift of improve. I just don't. Kudos to you though!!
I played this as a duet, on the piano, with a girl I had a huge crush on when I was 17; it was at Oklahoma City crossroads center. Loved this piece, loved her too, but it was not meant to be. This brings back so many memories!
Yeah, just the same 4 notes over and over and over. But THE Canon wouldn't be THE Canon without the beautiful cello. Just think, the cellist gets to play the part that has the least chance of a mistake happening, but still gets to play an important part of one of the most beautiful pieces of music the world has known. This performance is just so funny and the cellist certainly wasn't bored in this one!
This perfectly depicts the life of a cellist, in orchestra, the violins and violas play only their part the entire class, we must be stationary, and our part in canon in d sucks. But, honestly, it's totally worth it 😊
I've been studying this piece of music since I saw it on an episode of the Wonder Years way back when. Iv'e have been tortured by all its parts for what it seems like to be a millennium (25 years or so, give or take). I'm glad ya'll get it. Thank you so much. Now I finally get it.
Canon in D -- the most overplayed classical piece of all time. So this is a very refreshing take. Best version ever! LOL the cellist was the best at using the facial expressions.
These guys show that although classical music is open to interpretation without words. Same can go for humour, not a word was spoken but, through facial expression and body language, I was nearly wetting myself.
So talented and love their humor. I know a cellist, I wonder what she'd say about this perfomance. :) Ara just gave a concert here in Hungary. There was a short dedication afterwards. I mentioned to him shortly that I first saw him in Pagagnini, he smiled. Also he told many funny stories in between the music pieces during the concert. Humble, humurous, kind and talented. As well as the other members of this quartett of ourse.
"I need to practice my part in Pachelbel's Canon in D" -Said no cellist ever
@Tommy Skylar yeah, you're right. no one cares at all.
sorry to be offtopic but does anyone know a trick to get back into an instagram account..?
I stupidly forgot the login password. I would love any help you can offer me!
@Titus Tyson instablaster ;)

I am a huge pachelbel fan and have heard several renditions of Canon in D and this is awesome. It's a breath of fresh air
Very talented musicians and entertaining comedy! First time I saw the cellist playing the part for the Canon actually have fun and not bored to death!
My 16 year old granddaughter plays several instruments. She was staying at our house using zoom to practice her bass part for their performance. With her headphones on all we heard was a single note or 2. Boring, at least they were in tune!

Poor cellist. 8 freaking notes on that Pachelbel Canon... His expression was hysterically hilarious.
I LOVE IT the bit where the ensemble completely changes styles (from more classical to country western) and the cello line doesn't change!!!! such is life
Je fais pareil que toi 😂

3:18 what every bass instrument feels like when the main instruments are doing a solo..
I would definitely pay to see this. What an amazing arrangement. What a wonderful performance.
A weboooo!!!
Poor cello guy he's just stuck there.
For the ones who asked the tango at 6:30 is "Por una Cabeza" by Carlos Gardel.
Emiliano Ramirez You saved my life. Thanks
I haven't ever heard Por Una Cabeza played like that, though. is that really just me? ._.
It´s also apear in " Schindlers List" at the First few Minutes.
Thanks
I dont think its por una cabeza
Fenomenal interpretation

And the cello player continues to play the same 16 half notes. Throughout The Entire Damn Piece.
Pachabel hated cellists.

Fantastic perfomance ...
Thanks Agung Prabowo
The Face impression of the Cello is absolute Priceless :)
I want to cry of sadness and laugh with happiness right now. "such ingenious, ingenious.
Are you kidding me?!!? So fun!!!! They made the most boring song musicians have to play beyond fun!! Love it!
Im sorry? Boring song? My friend its one of the most touching and heartfelt tunes there is. But of course everyone's taste differs..

Meredith Power Well that makes this masterpiece subjective boring, for you.

Merci pour ce petit moment de gaieté!
One of my students said "The cellist is like the vegan at a barbecue party." and I couldn't have said it better myself...

Canon in D with a light hearted twist.
Ce groupe mériterais d'être plus connu!! Un grand bravo!
I played this as a duet, on the piano, with a girl I had a huge crush on when I was 17; it was at Oklahoma City crossroads center. Loved this piece, loved her too, but it was not meant to be. This brings back so many memories!

The seething rage while the others are dancing around like they are mocking him is hilarious! XD

canon es most beatiful song
why Pagagnini , .. sir ?
The group is called Pagagnini!!!! Sir....
Ma culpa : The group is called Pagagnini and they are from Spain.
They're great at playing, yet still fun to watch. Excellent!

Qué bueno gracias por tu comentario. Ignoraba esa circunstancia. Saludos cordiales.
After watching all 37 versions of this classic piece of music on you tube that was by far the best- bravo, encore
Every cellist that play that song is bored as hell.
Gost and rightly so!
Nicole Chow aqa
Gost I love listening to Taco Bell's Canon in D.

This is the definition of Awesome! Beautiful music and personalities.
I think they got a little off track... just a little

Hahaha...amei! Muito bom! Bravo pelo talento e pela descontração! Brasil precisa-se de espetáculos assim!
5:53 what is this song????!!!
PaGAGnini, for sure!
And yes,
pa (performing art) +gag (funny) + nini (ahhhh I am not sure what's that mean) = PAGAGNINI !!!
林慕天 ))) nini is a final of the name of the musician Niccolò Paganini
yours trully Cap
Brilliant and funny. Classic music hall/silent movie humour mixed with virtuoso musicianship. I like it.
Does anyone know what piece is playing at 6:31?
Kim Trash I wonder what that is too.
kim trash
I guess its the Pachelbel Canon played as a Tango
It is so so much beautiful and funny. Im see this many times but still i must see this again and again ❤️❤️❤️
Cellist in a Canon D cover band. The most boring job in the world.
He's obviously the straightman. A quite important role, for this to work.
Yeah, just the same 4 notes over and over and over. But THE Canon wouldn't be THE Canon without the beautiful cello. Yeah, I really don't think you bothered to watch the video, since that was anything other than boring.
I didn't say the performance was boring. I was joking about Canon in D being a very simply/boring song for Cellists and bass lines.
So very talented. Love to watch them.
Simone Torino
scherzo :)
già, canon in d
i love listening to and watching this, it always cheers me up
Of course, the FOUR awesome Gentlemen, Thank you bringing Laughter to us ! Truly appreciate you !
Variations on a theme with a twist. Good stuff.
a very classy and cute comedy! Thanks for sharing!
Comment from 2017:
Come back to see this and feel great again and again~ .... and forever .... 💕
omg...omg...so bloody talented these guys...bravo!
Muazzam bir gösteriydi... Paylaşım için teşekkürler.
Thanks for sharing Alan Mortensen.
This is awesome. I dont know why so many ppl are hating on this. They're just trying to have a little fun with the music, and it was great!!
I'm very happy and smile when to see them.
Excellent music, brilliant instrumentalists, great variations.
Amazing
They can make canon in D in many different styles Excellent
Exquisitos.
Its the feel of the music man does not matter how many notes just feel the music
This perfectly depicts the life of a cellist, in orchestra, the violins and violas play only their part the entire class, we must be stationary, and our part in canon in d sucks. But, honestly, it's totally worth it 😊
Was für eine geile Show! Bravo !!!
