Your therapist sounds amazing! Do you know what type of therapy she does? The therapy I get is not helpful, just me talking, there’s been no homework and no ah-ha moments I feel like i’m just talking to a wall 😭
I'd recommend finding an ACT therapist. So much talk therapy is just CBT and it's not helpful for everyone. Georgia's therapist sounds like she might be using ACT. It's very driven by living committed to your values, accepting the things that are out of your control, and making space for your feelings

When you say winston is reactive do you mean he doesn't like seeing other dogs? like he gets anxious? or barking in excitement??
no he lovessss seeing other dogs but he barks and pull and is stressed until he gets to say hi to them 🥲 we’ve worked with a trainer before she we manage it!
You can cut your permanent bracelet off where they solder it on. It’s made so it can be in case of an emergency and if you do they can put it back on again. In some sports can can play with them on as they won’t hurt you or anyone else

I paused on lifting after 2 years of primarily lifting, shifted to just group fitness classes for 8 months (I love just following directions and not thinking) but I’m finally getting back into lifting. I’m feeling excited about it and glad I didn’t rush it!
