sorry to be offtopic but does anyone know a tool to get back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb forgot the login password. I love any assistance you can offer me
@Erik Boone thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out now. Seems to take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
This was my favorite throw. I did Judo at Napa Judo Club, Napa California USA 1988-1998. I just wish in closing of these videos he would set up the crash pad and show the full speed throw, in the end. Love the videos. ( My daughters TH-cam page.)
Good explaination. My judo instructor in college was famous for Sasai Tsurukomi Ashi throw. He could hit it from multiple angkes and set ups like this. But very hard to learn this very tricky technique.
Would you recommend trying this in wrestling? College rules call shido/stalling if you back out of bounds. I think this could work as a way to keep “action” when nearing the boundary and also using the sasae as a more aggressive way of circling back inside. I am having trouble with thinking of “no gi” gripping and kazushi. Thanks! I love your videos!
The Japanese name is sasae tsurikomi ashi…. I’m wondering why it’s called that? I think it means prop draw/lure (foot)… 支え釣込み足if anybody can help me understand would appreciate.
Heyo! Isa here answering for Shintaro while we #flattenthecurve. It is possible to do sasae off of the cross collar but ko uchi and o uchi tend to be more effective off of that grip. For sasae, it is important to have control of the shoulder with either a collar or power grip to be able to effectively control the shoulder and guide it down to the ground. Hope this was helpful.
Ez You can (for O goshi) do Tai sabaki around him and do either an O goshi from the other hand (so if his attack was right handed, yours would be left handed and vice versa) Or do Valley drop or tani otoshi You can also do ushiro goshi (rear hip throw) For seoi nage, you can do tani otoshi, ushiro goshi or a ko soto gari after Tai sabaki (it is with a reverse grip though)
You're a great teacher, i try to provide historical information on my channel, but your tutorials help me a lot

@@isa100kg It was!!!! Thanks a lot
Most sasaes I've seen just look like de ashi's. If you don't have that body turn, is it just de ashi?
i very often lose my grips when doing throws.
Sensei!! Can you show some counters to seio nage or o goshi?
