I could come closer to doing a-a-a-l-l-l that bodywork and painting you did before I could EVER do the wiring! My hat's off to you, sir. If I were doing what you're doing, I'd have the vocabulary of a life-long sailor!

Love the progress! I am currently trying to “restore” a 79 p125x and its proving to be taking a long time! This is definitely giving me hope for my project. 😂😅

Stick at it - it'll be worth it once finished 🛵

This is an awesome series! Regarding the female-female indicator wiring, the P200E had a junction that was male-male. It should be p/n 163825

Thanks. I didn't even know such a thing existed. I'd brought some new wire strippers and wanted to play with them 🤣

Thanks. Might change the front bolts for rivets at some point, just to tidy up that area. TBH I was just on a roll and wanted to get the floor runners mounted 😁

After fitting running board trim many times I stopped using rivets went over to nuts and bolts.

so much orange peel on the front... why not sand and polish it before the badges and blinkers?

Yeah, it's not great but isn't as bad to the naked eye, esp with the horn cover on too. TBH I'd already done two rub-downs and started again but I think I was simply running out of talent/skill. I'm just not consistent with mixing, settings and gun control. Going to really work on this for my next project (Lambretta???). Once I'm more confident and competent, I'll probably mask, sand and recoat that front area.
