Many Joint makers don't have proper tool kits required to to make joints due to economic issues and rate of joints so these videos are those who are working with available tools with them and can make a proper joint with these tools
Isme cable ka konsa wala Core R, Y, B phase jayega , ye kaise pata chalta hai ? Ya koi sa bhi connect kar sakte hai ??
First of all, we make the end termination of anyone at the end of cable as per equipment R,Y,B nomenclature thereafter with reference to equipment R,Y,B phase sequence we check and mark the same R,Y,B at the other end of the cable.
Now, we have to ensure that what we marked R,Y,B phase sequence at second end of cable, it should be matched with the equipment phase sequence while making second end termination.

Y dont we connect conductors directly in panel y we fit cable in between transformer and panel
@@examcracker3019 1-as per normal practice cables to be connected to Bus Bar and there we can connect with help of fasteners ( hardware) this is why we need to use end Termination kits
2- to complete the circuit from Panel to Transformer.
Insulation semi conductor screen removal is totally wrong, could end up damaging the insulation, use depth knife instead.
@@Somlal I appreciate your concern and also want to share my experience that it is always better to use proper tool to specific job.
But it doesn't mean this is wrong practice, I have been seeing the same method in practice all over India and no failure found so far
