It is an isolator where the three pole phases are aligned diagonally ie. all the pole phases are connected one behind another so that the jumpering can be done on the bus bar.

Y dont we connect conductors directly in panel y we fit cable in between transformer and panel
@@examcracker3019 1-as per normal practice cables to be connected to Bus Bar and there we can connect with help of fasteners ( hardware) this is why we need to use end Termination kits
2- to complete the circuit from Panel to Transformer.

Insulation semi conductor screen removal is totally wrong, could end up damaging the insulation, use depth knife instead.
@@Somlal I appreciate your concern and also want to share my experience that it is always better to use proper tool to specific job. But it doesn't mean this is wrong practice, I have been seeing the same method in practice all over India and no failure found so far
