  • Part of my Audio Sugar Rush isochronic tones series. Designed to give you a quick energy boost and wake you up, without the need for an actual sugar rush, or getting a caffeine hit from drinking a coffee or an energy drink.
    This trance mix track combines a steadily building music track with rising isochronic tones, which step up in frequency every 4 minutes until it reaches 40Hz. In addition to the continually increasing speed, the volume and pitch of the tones also increase every 4 minutes seconds, producing a powerful and energizing experience that builds and builds.

    How does it work?
    This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using isochronic tones combined with music. The isochronic tones are the repetitive beats you can hear on top of the music throughout the track.     Headphones are NOT required for this video
    How should you listen to this?
    You can listen to this with your eyes closed, but to increase more beta and gamma brainwave activity it will work best with your eyes open.
    Use the track to help wake yourself up, for a quick boost in energy and to increase alertness and concentration.
    How loud should the volume be?
    Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

    I have ADHD and I was trying to get to cleaning my house, but executive dysfunction was hitting me pretty hard. Listening to tthis really helped, and I was able to get moving and get a lot more done than I had planned! I'm still a bit of a skeptic when it comes to isochronic tones and how they affect people (I need to learn/research more), but even so if this track was able to get me moving, that's all that matters right now.

      I always try but sometimes I have too much info to cram into those text slides. So there isn't always space to say that you don't need headphones. However, as a general rule, if you need headphones I will always make room and mention that in the slides at the beginning. If some reason I don't mention it, it's usually pretty safe to say you don't need them.

    Thank you for this mix! Since it's online I use it nearly every day for work whenever I need to concentrate (I wish it was longer though)
    I have noticed quite an interesting side effect: this mix somehow makes my headaches better. Which is quite interesting as other mixes actually give me headaches even with low Volume.
    These things combined with enhancing my focus and motivation makes this the best one for me for managing my adhd. thank you loads!!

    For some reason, this particular mix helps a lot with my executive dysfunction, sometimes moreso than even the mixes of yours that are specifically for focus/complex tasks. It energizes my brain and makes it feel 'happy', meaning sitting through my slog of a work day becomes a much less boring task. Thank you Jason!

    I listen to your audio sugar rush tracks quite frequently, and I wish you had more like these. They're so good for getting me up and out of bed, especially on days when depression is being a jerk and I have shit to do. It pairs fantastically with waiting for my ADHD meds to kick in, getting me in the right mindset so that I can keep powering through my work for hours. I love everything you make, but some more of these high energy tracks would be delightful

      I list the tracks and artists in the description. However, I’m afraid I can’t put the time stamps in as that’s something I deliberately don’t do. The main focus of my channel is on producing brainwave entrainment audio. Primarily with isochronic tones combined with music.
      You need to listen to the track continuously for the brainwave entrainment effect to work, which is the key part of the track that helps you to focus. If you flip between the between the video to find your favourite tracks, that will reduce the effect and possibly prevent it from working at all.
      I’m sorry I can’t put the time stamps in as I know other people would also like that. I hope you can appreciate how my tracks are different than standard music tracks and why I do things the way I do.
