Dark DnB High Energy Intense Focus Workout Music, Audio Sugar Rush - Isochronic Tones

  • A high energizing dark drum n bass instrumental playlist combined with rising isochronic tones. The tones step up in frequency every 4 minutes until they reach 40Hz.
Great for high energy workouts or when you need an intense focus.
In addition to the continually increasing speed, the volume and pitch of the tones also increase every 4 minutes, producing a powerful and energizing experience that builds and builds.
This is part of my Audio Sugar Rush isochronic tones series. Designed to give you a quick energy boost and wake you up, without the need for an actual sugar rush, or getting a caffeine hit from drinking a coffee or an energy drink.
► Audio Sugar Rush playlist: • Audio Sugar Rush Punk ...
► Please subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks: goo.gl/2sCCS5
    How does it work?
This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using isochronic tones combined with music. The isochronic tones are the repetitive beats you can hear on top of the music throughout the track. If brainwave entrainment and isochronic tones are new concepts for you, there is some information about that and how it works here: goo.gl/QwLgHs.
Headphones are NOT required for this video
How should you listen to this?
You can listen to this with your eyes closed, but to increase more beta and gamma brainwave activity it will work best with your eyes open.
Use the track to help wake yourself up, for a quick boost in energy and to increase alertness and concentration.
How loud should the volume be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

I’m 48 and have only recently been diagnosed with ADHD. Looking back, it caused chaos in my life over a number of years. I found this channel’s music, and when it helped I was encouraged and emboldened to ask a psychiatrist if it’s what I had. Being on medication now, I feel like I am starting a new life in my second half. The change has been amazing. Love you all. 🖤

Wow that’s great! So pleased for you. I think I’ve struggled with ADHD all my life (40 now) trying to get money together for a diagnosis, hoping I can have a new lease of life like you. It’s reassuring to hear that people really do get help for ADHD issues when diagnosed later in life. Best of luck.

      I bet!
So many people have undiagnosed ADHD & when we’re able to just understand our brain type then we can do the necessary things that WE need, that fits us. Everyone’s biology is so different

This is _exactly_ what I was hoping & looking for, & you _more_ than delivered for me!
I’m new to this & just had the thought of “…I just need to listen to focus music & something to inspire me. Maybe that’s what i need!”
I hope you see this, honestly. Not for clout, or anything. But, I want to tell ya that..from one artist to another…what you’re doing is bigger than you yourself may even believe it is. Stuff like this actually does change lives. It can _save_ lives! I’m not trying to sound goofy, or anything.
I’m a 41-year old living in SW Florida, about to move to North Carolina, & originally from Appalachia itself in NE Kentucky. I’m a purebred “Metal-Head”. But, I’ve got other enjoyments musically.
I’m also an artist, & have a Bachelors Degree & career in Graphic Design.
Unfortunately, I also suffer from Bipolar Disorder & Anxiety Disorder caused by Childhood PTSD (via Mental, Emotional, & Spiritual Abuse). I struggle a _lot_ mentally everyday. I’m also very public, about my struggles, in the name of (& I’m an advocate for) Mental Health Awareness & Education. I am currently trying to reenroll into college, in order to get my Masters in Psychology.
I’m also a Recovering Addict (of numerous substances. Some I haven’t touched in years & don’t wish to. There’s also the saying, “Once an Addict, Always an Addict.” That means we fight it everyday regardless. Once an Addict, you’re never _Not_ a *”Recovering* Addict”. Anyway…)
I know I am probably sounding self-absorbed. But, I’m not here for sympathy or “Oh look at me!” Im simply trying to setup the context, & my main point. Im bolstering it, if you will.
There’s a lot more to my story, but that’s enough. Well, I have been struggling badly lately. My wife & I both lost our jobs last November, so I also lost my ability to afford my Psychology Treatment (that’s your Counselors & Therapists), as well as my Psychiatric Treatment (the clinical doctor who can prescribe meds. Something such as a case like mine, one really does need both)…which also means I can’t get nor can I afford my Bipolar Disorder & my Anxiety Disorder Medications (honestly, while attending a Methadone Clinic, in my recovery of being a Fentanyl addict. I’m not too ashamed to admit it. Never used a needle, in my life. But, honestly…it doesn’t matter. I was an Addict, & still am. Anyway…). I had to choose between curbing my severe withdrawals of the most powerful opiate/opioid (& most powerful drug PERIOD…of ANY! Trust me…I know from experience. Nothing comes CLOSE!), on the PLANET, & potentially _die!_ Or…get my other two Medications, the Dr for the prescriptions, & also Therapy. I honestly didn’t have much of a choice, at that point. Anyway…) I’ve just been in a very dark place, as I try to write & design an graphic novel. I’m just….it’s tough to get motivated & even _care._ But, ya do care, at the same time.
Anyway…so; I have this idea & find your channel immediately. Being a Metal-Head & just my personality traits, I like more upbeat & maybe even “Aggressive”(I guess..?) type music. I’m also a lead vocalist/singer & lyricist, and music is a huge part of my life! I am very passionate about my favorite music - the bands & their albums, and all the parts that make the sun of them album (the unsocial songs). I can be overcritical, at times; but, I’m not one of those “Arrogant Fans” every fandom has. My point here, though is that yes…many songs have helped save my life, in my past & all throughout my life. And I love them for that. That won’t change moving forward.
But, right now & at various times of my life…I don’t want any lyrics & singing. I just need the music. To try to end this (& you’ve been a trooper, if you’ve read this far. My apologies! Just a couple more things)…Words bring about specific things & emotions - sometimes even triggers. Some songs themselves are triggers right now, as the memories they being about I don’t want right now.
But, this type of music lets my own mind take itself to a whole other world, a whole new universe, and inspire me to keep moving & keep working on what I have planned. So, thank you! That literally CAN save someone’s life.
Say I don’t come across this, slip further into depression-induce procrastination, & wind up deleting myself. But, now FINDING & HEARING it, I end up WORKING _INSTEAD_ , & end up doing BETTWR for myself …not just surviving.
Sorry this is cheesy or whatever. I’m just a passionate guy, who wears his heart on his sleeve; while being a deep & analytical, observant mind, who is also creative, artistic, & has intellect (at least I believe I do. Lol!). Your music, this audio artwork in particular, _LITERALLY_ just saves me life. I don’t CARE, if someone finds that corny, or cheesy, or whatever. Me taking my next breath, me lying in bed tonight to sleep until tomorrow for a new day, & my kids keeping their Dad around is more important than another individual believes I’m “lame” (or whatever they choose to call me, in that manner), for those very same reasons.
And as an Artist, I know how much we put into our work. We put our souls into them, to be honest. Even if any type of artist in any type of media THINKS they don’t & are just in it for money are fooling themselves…or at least TRYING to. Anyway…as an artist, I know what it means when someone tells me they appreciate my work. Also, as someone who is who he is in the Mental Health Community & Movement, & like to help someone when they come my way even if I MYSELF am at a low point….
I just know what it can mean to hear what you’ve done has helped changed someone else’s life. And I legitimately, genuinely, & sincerely mean that, & when I say you just saved my life.
Thank you!! And keep up the great work! I REALY do appreciate your work here, on this channel.
I’ll stop now. My apologies I gave rambled on, for such a lengthy post. I don’t mean to. (I get made fun of a lot, for talking & typing a lot. Have all my life…even from my father. Part of that abuse thing above. Just a small part, though. Just kinda can be a trigger, for me)…So, I’m used to it. But, I hope you have been able to read this, good sir. Simply to know I honestly appreciate your work & what it just did for me! Just in case you EVER have doubts about yourself (and I’m not saying you DO. Im just saying if there ever IS a time it MAY happen)…just think about how what you’re doing DOES help many individuals’ quality of life, & sometimes that’s to the point of saving at least ONE! I only hope I can reach as many people as you have & become a genuine help to them. So, I guess to ALSO say you’re an inspiration for me to keep spelling, in my creative work.
Alright…I’ll stop “Simping” now. Lol! (I know it’s coming from SOMEbody, if a single soul even MAKES it this far…which is doubtful. If I can go by what people have made fun of me for most my life, nobody will even read this. Sorry, if I wasted your time, as well. Wasn’t intentional. But, again…thank you, if you did, even if you do hate me tor it now.)
