For Moong Dal Recipe Preparation :
oil - 2 spoons
mustard seeds - 1 spoon
cumin - 1 spoon
asafoetida - 2 pinch
Curry leaves - few
chopped coriander leaves - few
lemon juice - 1 spoon
Chopped green chillies - 3 medium sized
grated Ginger - 1 spoon
Salt - 1/2 spoon
For Aam ras recipe preparation :
Chopped ripe mangoes - 3 nos.
sugar - 4 spoons
