sprint 30 feet, 30 squat jumps, sprint 30 feet, 30 squat jumps... keep doing that 5-10 times and then rest and do again... do that for 30minutes ... after 3-4 sets of squat jumps switch to lunge jumps... after 3-4 sets of lunge jumps switch to burpees ... then swith to pushups ... this should help a lot
