Climbing the Omoto Course to Komagabayashi Peak and Mt.Misen in Miyajima

There are three official trails to Mt. Misen: "Momiji-dani Course", " Daishoin Course", and "Omoto Course".
In this video, you can go up the "Omoto Course" and climb to the top of Mt. Misen.
The "Omoto Course" starts in Omoto Park and goes up through the Mt.Misen primeval forest
It is the most time-consuming of the three trails (about 2 hours), but it is a great way to get a feel for the natural beauty of the Mt.Misen primeval forest.
Also, the Mt.Misen primeval forest is a national natural monument, and together with Itsukushima Shrine it is a World Heritage Site.
