I was privy to a case in Pennsylvania, where the defendant attacked a state trooper with his vehicle, and while the trooper was uninjured, the defendant was tried and convicted (among several other charges) of attempted murder. I knew about this because I was working for the defendants father at the time, a retired New Jersey state policeman, who was, needless to say, "overjoyed" with his junky son.

How can you don't manually limit traffic speed or stop all traffic when there are vehicles panicking running everyone over? You have done it before with success.

It would be amazing I you could upload your GTA V Mods folder, onto media fire or something, so all we do is drag and drop into steamgames. Obviously they couldn't access the game.
