How do we know our repeatability value is good? How do we find about reproducibility using these values, can we use relative standard devaiation for this too?Is there any guidlines to make sure our repeatability and reproducibility in good ?plz help me

Where in literature can I find this method? I want to use it in my paper to master degree but without legitimate source I can't. I get through MSA but it requires multiple appraisers, so I can't use it. i will really appreciate Yuor help.
