Every video I saw didn't say to coat in chocolate then cocoa powder and my centers just melted when at room temperature haha. Now I know that was the wrong way to do it, can't wait to try to coat in chcolate then dip. Great video, can't wait to use all these tips next time I make truffles.
It takes a lot of practice to dip chocolate where it comes out beautiful and round. Maybe you should hand dip if thats what your more comfortible with. Thanks for sharing.
I made truffles today. Dipping in chocolate no problem but the ones I decided to not dipped but roll in coconut the coconut would not stick ? Same for the chopped pecans . That was what I thought be the easiest. So why?
Does dark chocolate tend to be thinner than white or milk for dipping? I want to evenly coat my truffles but can't do so without the chocolate thickening
better tip to not mess the glaze up! dip with pick and and stand with pick on foam ' but cover standing pick foam with wax paper to allow the access drip to catch

I agree with sheyjewels... why not use a toothpick and roll in the chocolate? Less embarrassing
no real chef would roll the white chocolate in their hands, this feels very DYI.
