My POV: Eric really improved in this game. He gave a lot in midfield. Box to box, hold up play was good, props to him today as I’ve been hard on him.
Wings backs are so composed, Jed and Reggie are class.
I bet of improvements is that it would be great to see players go on the overlap and create options to strength the oppositions defence, other than that you guys are very comfortable when you look up - Tolu’s team talk was class!
Noticed that Mikez was playing as a deeper playmaker. I really like him playing there. You already have 3 up top and yourself and Eric are box to box midfielders.

Gotta rate Manny's performance though!! He has improved massivly since his Eltham SF days.
He has grown confidence,is stronger on the ball and much more composed. His physical attributes let him down a bit, otherwise he would be playing Pro football!

In training u need to focus on headering. Too many times a poor header could of cost. In my team we find our weaknesses and work on them at training, for example if we blow at halftime then we do fitness. Fail to score from set pieces we do set pieces for training. It's a great tactic that got us 22 goals in 2 games
Solid team, go harder in the warmup ! Might fix the problem of a slow start.

I noticed that a lot of you guys don't look over you shoulders that often ,otherwise you guys would know that the ball is not passed for you but to a different teammate and you need to communicate more call for the ball more specially if you have plan in mined ,maybe because it's the first map of the season but still not the first sunday league , communicate ,look over your shoulder ,and have a plan before touching the ball(like who you passing to or how to go with it).

It's a team made of friends not random people. That's mainly the reason I stopped watching hashtag. There were too many people to remember and they weren't interesting and all had the same personality.
What put the nail in the coffin was when Spencer stopped playing.
