Thank you so much for the wonderfull story and this quiet moment in the sacred grove. I feel nourished and full of peace and light. Feel really better too and less stressed with all the destruction and pain of the earth, as if I could feel the protection of Danu. Thank you so much ! Sandrine from France

A wonderful, heartfelt and relevant tale - beautifully told. This highlights the unscrupulous people and their methods associated with greed and power. Your meditation was truly amazing, thought provoking and powerful and brings a new level to understanding the importance of protecting mother earth. Thank you from South Africa - Debby

I just received the Wild Wisdom course in the mail today. I'm very excited for my wife and me to embark on this journey of Druidry. Thanks for sharing the story and for the meditation. As a kid I used to walk to the woods in the back of our house; I'd spend hours by myself there and often, I'd pretend that I could communicate with the Fey creatures there (I knew about the Fey via the role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons!). As an adult, I lost my connection to the trees, though I've maintained a deep respect for the wilderness. I'm so happy to be able to re-establish that connection and this time, to perhaps go further with it since there are actual ancient traditions that have been kept alive by wonderful people/organizations like the Order of Bards Ovates & Druids.

A lovely tale! Reminds me of the tale surrounding the stone circle called Long Meg and her Sisters in Cumbria, England. The landowner ordered the stones removed, but part way through moving them, a huge thunderstorm came by, which the workers took as a warning, so left the field. Thankfully it is still there to this day, and is a truly magical place.

That was so deep and magical. I did it before bedtime and it was very touching and brought me to tears of gratitude. Thank you . It helps remembering the legacy in my cells. Awen /I\

    Thank you Eimear.
A hugely poignant story and one I’ll be reflecting and meditating on for some time I think.
As I was about to enter the grove, a little deer turned up and we went in together, all the way up to the pool, at which point he sauntered off somewhere and left me to it.
Just thought I’d mention him 🙂

With all the stone circles and other sacred sites that are getting damaged lately this story is super relevant. I can feel the rath of Danu all the way here in America. Sending healing energy to the earth 🌎Awen
