You were right, this gonna be the most expensive and interesting bike rebuild yet, it's really smashed like crazy... wonder if the previous owner got all bones intact, hope so.
I hope the previous is alive and well! Havnt heard anything from his contact yet, hoping to hear something soon!
Good work, its breaking down well,I have changed many frames, also had many straightened together with forks,in this case I would go for a second hand frame from a Breakers together with forks and damper, the later I have had lock up on me after heavy damage, even if it looks good
That AC condenser is toast.
that clicking was an exhaust leak. if i saw correctly there was a small puncture in the header right at 11:35 . when exhaust leakes it sounds like valves
Thanks for the info!
I have brand new Z900 2022 and ticking too. I've heard that kawasaki has loud fuel injection system. You should CHECK THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD NUTS & BOLTS too, If those are lose, they'll leak sound of the engine parts working(clicking noise).
Might want to get that checked. My 2020 Z900 didn't do that.
Perfect sir! You have an awesome Z900! I will have to check that!
I am more excited seeing the s1000rr at the last part.. how’s the limp mode?
Haha fair enough! She will be updated soon!
Motor sounds fine. That’s an exhaust leak your hearing. Pipes either cracked or it broke the seal between the header and the gasket
You're probably right!
Greetings CJ. I like your channel. Which I accidentally found)))) Well done for restoring a wonderful creation - a motorcycle. Keep it up. You can see the light in your eyes and actions. To be honest, I envy you)))) in a good sense of the word. You are very lucky in this regard. Once I myself restored one of these. But ... by chance, life made adjustments. Don't stop, keep doing miracles))) P.S. good luck. Greetings from Russia, St. Petersburg. Merry christmas and a happy new year!!
Greetings friend! I'm happy you accidentally found my channel! Hope you are doing well with the adjustments life has made on you! Thank you for your kind words and likwise merry Christmas to you and a happy happy new year to your family as well 👊
The bike line up is insane 🔥🔥🔥
Haha thanks dean! So good to have em back
The damage is absolutely nuts on this one, hope the previous owner is doing well. Can't wait to see how this rebuild turns out! Much love and God bless CJ!
Yes it is is BANANAS! Me too, I have reached out but no word from the previous owners insurnace contact. Thank you hunner God bless ! 👊😁
&s
you are doing great work my friend i love you by the way BMW did not go unnoticed 🖤😁👌
Haha the bmw update coming soon! Cheers
Bro happy Christmas 🎄 love from INDIA ❤️
Merry Christmas to you! 🇮🇳
yg di tunggu akhirnya upolad 👍👍🇮🇩
Put some brembos on the R1-M
Ooo seems unnecessary
Great work brother 👍
Thanks bro!
Its gonna be a hard build goodluck..
Yes it will be but that's what makes it exciting!
DOBRA ROBOTA...😉👌
Wow you think 8000 miles is a lot on a 2021 in December 2022? I have a 2021 Ninja 400. Got it in May of 2021 and had 13,000 miles in August 2022. And I still don't think that's a lot. LOL
nice job man and I see the bmw is back does this mean it's fixed now ??
Thank you sir! Yes the bmw is back but sadly she is still broken! I'll have an update for y'all soon!
Nice
😁

😁
Neex bang
Mark Zuckerberg lite😅
🤣🤣🤣
8k miles is alot? Bruv, my 22 Vulcan S has 6.2k miles on it already.
This is deep bro! Serious learning curve, I hope you don’t run into too many problems. This ain’t nothing you can’t handle. Lookin forward to part 3.
Thank you Troy! Means a lot to me! It sure is a serious learning curve... 🤣
Noise you are hearing in the front is an exhaust leak somewhere in the headers. New exhaust headers will fix the issue. Besides that, the engine sounds good. Forks will have to be run on a dial gauge to see if its straight.
Thanks slaki! Appreciate the info!
I got a trick for ya! Get a ladder and place it over the bike. Then use ratchet straps around the bike and through the ladder rungs to hold up the bike.
great tip!
Thank you Kevin! I'll have to give this a shot!
Love the rebuilds. I also rebuild copart bikes 10:13 as well. It’s always tough to rebuild a bike cause you never see how much damage is involved until the tear down
Thanks Craig! That's awesome you do it as well! Well done! And yes it's always the hardest part
First like broo I like your videos 👍
Mee too
Greetings guys thank you
Another great build on its way.Happy Christmas and all the best for the new year
Appreciate your kind words Damian! Merry Christmas to you as well!
If you roll forks on flat surface you should be able to tell if they're straight or bent
Right! But they aren't really able to be rolled
The forks you can roll them on a flat table and usually you can tell if they're bent or straight. As far as the noise in the front of the motor check your cam chain tensioner or your valve Kawasakis are known for the cam chain tensioners. Mr motorcycle in Dallas Texas has a lot of parts they also ship world wide pretty fair prices on parts .
Thanks for the info Chris! Cheers
😇💞🏍Fantástico proyecto😍.Me ENCANTA como quedó la R1M ,uno de mis Sueños😍♥️😇
Love your builds 😊 support from India ❤️
😁😁👍
🇮🇳👊😁
8000 miles a lot for a 2021? Have you considered the fact that it’s almost 2023? Not even 400 miles in a month? I’m glad people buy them to ride them.
Love from India ♥️😍😁🤭 hii bro.... ... .
🇮🇳greetings David!
Dope channel. I like you go straight to the project and not turn your videos into a portfolio about your self . Your camera angles are nice too
Much much appreciate Jonny! Cheers
Рыжик- смотрю все выпуски- я из России.С интересом буду наблюдать твою работу.Ты большой молодец.Успехов.
Congratulations brother good video, a kawasaki was missing on the channel
Youre right brotha! That's why I got one haha
next content, fix the Kawasaki h2 motorbike bro🔥
That would be awesome but I may be all kawasakied out lol
Wow. I just checked the price of that oil cooler. $340. And that's just the cooler, without all the lines and fittings. That alone exceeds the value of the bike. If you just changed the oil to see if the engine would run, why not use cheap Walmart non synthetic oil? That noise from the front is probably an exhaust leak. With the exhaust all smashed up like that, hopefully the head is not cracked. I wouldn't have bought a frame without a title.
My bike 200k milles in 5 years
Must have spent some time on it's side w/ the amount of oily smoke upon start up...surprised it even started... Kawasaki is some kinda company.. build the best engines by far IMO... they did long long ago employee local gals -seniors to hand port cylinder heads on their performance models ..the gals had touch w/ a grinder ..
First view, and comment from India 🇮🇳
Greetings sir!
Awesome! One can see your LOVE for motorcycles.
Ever thought about opening a garage/workshop with some employees?
I never seen à frame broken Like this. Very interesting repair.
Thanks Marc! Happy to share it
I don't understand why you didn't dismantle the entire engine to rebuild and inspect the frame structure. What if there's a problem with the frame or the engine? The motorcycle has been in an accident, and no one knows what happened to it.
Had to smile when I saw the snow, we just got a foot and a half. 😜❄❄❄
However you end up checking those forks please be extra "fussy" making sure
they are safe and in spec. Front forks failing would be bad..... Huge respect to
ya' for taking on a (re)build like that. Very much looking forward to how the final
product looks, rides and sounds.
Thanks for sharing and keep yourself safe! 😃👍❤🏍
Randy
Wow a foot and a half is glorious!
Yes you're right the forks are a crucial part and need to be perfect!
Very happy to hear your enjoying it so far randy! God bless 👊

The white smoke coming out of the exhaust, is it oil leak from the cylinder?
I m waiting from India bro. U r amazing bro. Too hardworking man i hve seen ...
Keep it up and all the best for ur future
As a fan, I want you to help me do this.I want you to take a picture on my profile and print it out as a small picture and stick it on a bmw motorbike Can you fulfill this request? 🥺💖
Not sure what your asking Panha! Greetings to you
Man this Kawasaki is wrecked so hard!
She got smoked.....
I have a question, does that new front have the same chassis serial number? because I understood that this chassis has a unique number for each engine.
It's been awhile since I first following your video, and it's always fun to see you restore all the bikes. All the Bible verse that showed up at the end of your video always makes me relief, God bless you brother!
Thank you for the long time support friend! Yes the Bible verses are just a sliver of how great God is! God bless

Meu sonho nunca vai si realizar infelizmente é minha família não intende quando amamos algo , uma moto dessa aqui custa 3 vezes mais caro mais vo seguindo o caminho certo pois sei e acredito nisso
Wow CJ, you're doing an amazing build but this one's way expensive than the previous ones!! Love your presentation. Happy Christmas and New year brother 🎈♥️
From India
Merry Christmas bro! Yes it's going to be expensive! Greetings 🇮🇳
OMG!! I hope the previous owner survived the crash. Good luck with the build your doing fantastic!
Appreciate that Étienne!

Awesome thank you! Hit me up on Instagram! C.j.media to take a look at the forks
Brother I need a job please give me job at your garage I want to learn from you a lot and also can help you a lot
8000 is a lot for a 2021 *laughs in ride whenever I want and 15,000 miles later
🤣🤣 you're right, I'm used to 1k or 2k miles on the dash. Haha not 8k but a real rider is one who RIDES the machine lol
Wow. I like your video and work. Love from 🇮🇳 india
It almost looks like the first header tube (left to right) standing in front of the bike, has two small holes, causing an exhaust leak. That would explain the noise. Best guess after looking at the headers.
You're probably right! They will be changed soon enough!
Hello brother my name is Sujan I am from to Tripura because your big fan Plus I am car mechanic can you shop job me my dream Superbike mechanic
Please reply me
I don’t know if it’s been recommended yet bud but you should invest in some ceiling hooks to hold the bike up with straps will work a treat for you or a motorbike ramp.
You're right man!
id love that motor for a mini jet boat build... i wont be tearing down my clean zx10r for it tho! Ill look for a wrecked one for sure
Haha that would be cool! You have a sweet bike!
Suraj vai ka bike
Это страшный мотоцикл,был у меня такой,увлекаясь скоростью можно залететь куда то,будте осторожнее на таких монстр байках,избавился от него и спокойнее жить стало
So, this is a USD 20k rebuilt, but I guess the pyramid scheme of pumping video content pays it. In real life totally worthless. The frame is cracked but the front bars don't look bend, my guess they are bend and out of spec, just visually you cannot see it.
Haha it's actually not worth it either way 🤣
God I wish I had the money to buy this bike. The zx10r is my dream bike. Really interesting to see how this bike is assembled. Thank you.
Go for it Mika! You got this
whats'up guys, following from Brazil here!
are you think possible to perform the same kind work on a BMW F800?? It w'd be amazing!!
Greetings Octavio! That would be awesome, I'll keep that in mind 🇧🇷👊
All Kawasakis' make audible ticking noises. In your case though, I believe it's the exhaust maniford (header) leaking from the accident.
You may be right josh!
To check the forks, disassemble and suspend the stanchions and outers between some V blocks. Use a DTI to check for run out. If you cant do this or aren't confident, strip them down and take them to a machine shop. They will be able to check for straightness.
that ticking noise is likely just blow by on one of the munched joints on the extractors
Thank you for the info! I'll have to do that!
New friend here bud✋😁🇵🇭🇰🇼👌
Bro that's why i love your this kind of vedio😍😍😍
Wooohoo bro!
After seeing the total carnage , i knew the frame was suspect ...
Congratulations 100k subscriber 100k family ❤️
Thanks a lot MG!! Cheers
for the front fork you can test it after mounting the front wheel itself and before tightening the 6 head 2 bolt you should spin the tire see if it has curve, Look it from the up site it helps better look.
then gave it a pressure by pressing on your ignition. if it goes 3/4 good to go. Sorry about my bad English :P
Thank you for the ideas! No worries cheers!
Ticking Sound coming from the front is likely an exhaust leak from the small hole in the right hand side header. They often sound like ticking. It is unlikely to have valve lash out of spec at only 8k miles.
Thank you for the info Ryan! Appreciate it
good job /.. love u .. from haryana (India) Ajay
Please check @legal banjara
On TH-cam his 10r is totally crashed
Can u rebuild his 10r
Btw love from India🇮🇳🇮🇳
Its quiet unaffordable in nepal. Heavily expensive.
Yes, sadly way more expensive on different sides of the world
Why don't the motorbike owners pick up their motorbikes after being repaired by you
They are all owned by me! I keep em and ride them!
Much love champ, all the way from India Bangalore 🤩
Cheers to you champ! 🇮🇳
the ticking noise is the exhaust headers, they have a hole in them! also, didnt think a frame swap was even legal? certainly wouldnt be over here in the UK
You're right Craig! Frame swaps are legal here in the US! Just a lot of paper work
That sound is probably that crushed header causing maybe some sort of back pressure maybe possibly a problem with the valves
Most likely!
I like your job👍👍👍
Thank you 😁
That is one mangled bike, however still fixable. It`s only mechanical as my father used to say.
Haha your father is right! Its able to fixed!
If the forks were hit hard enough to snap the frame you can be sure they're no longer straight. 🤷♂🤷♂
Right lee! That's what I was thinking but they are so straight to my human eye!
bmw 💕 in garage one video please and merry Christmas ⛄🎄 awesome Hard work love from india, assam
Greetings 🇮🇳 update on the bmw coming soon!
